CEO - Amir Wan

Amir has been in the IT industry for 23 years. He has managed many large scales IT projects from concept to deployment. Amir is also the owner and founder of Network Architects. He has experienced many technologies within the IT industry since the early 1980s and has deployed many new technologies to resolve critical users' problems. Since 2002, Amir has steered and guided Network Architects through many difficult and trying periods like the economic downturns resulting from dotcom burst and onset of SAR in Singapore. Amir continues to gives his best to grow Network Architects and compete with the best IT firms in Singapore and the region.

Amir has a BE (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand. He also has an MSc in Software Management from Essex University and an MBA in International Business from Oklahoma City University. Amir also holds a post graduate diploma in Data Networking from Information Communication Institute of Singapore (now under the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, NTU.)

Director IT Services - Foong Swee Yu

Swee Yu is a 29 years veteran of the IT indusrty. He has served in Spring Singapore where his role is to formulate IT policies and managing the IT operation for the organisation. Prior to that, Swee Yu was with the National Computer System managing the a staff of 1,200 to overhaul and establish new standards for programming, application development and end user computing standards. Swee Yu also implemented PeopleSoft's Finance and HR systems for NCS clients. He was instrumental in the consolidation and re-alignment of IT networks, systems and application during the merger of the NPB and SISIR.

Swee Yu has a BSc in Computer Science and post graduate diploma in Business Administration from University of Canterbury, New Zealand. He is also a certified Senior IT Project Manager from the Singapore Computer Society.

General Manager , NetArch Sdn Bhd - Kuala Lumpur Operation - Wan Kong Wai

Kong Wai has been involved with the ICT industry for close to 24 years, having served in the Government as well as the private sector. He has acquired extensive hands-on experiences in designing, preparing technical proposals and specifications, and implementation of enterprise Local Area and Wide Area Networking projects (both domestic and international), and working with a variety of data and voice communications products to achieve the necessary networking requirements. He has also successfully performed integration of the network resources to the computing infrastructures of the companies he has worked in and by keeping abreast of the ever-changing advances in ICT, he is able to identify the utilization of new technologies towards meeting business objectives while at the same time, reduce operating costs. He has extensive experience and knowledge with telecommunication services and is able to propose/recommend suitable services to meet customers’ networking requirements. His other capabilities include designing and implementing disaster recovery functions to maintain business continuity and technical writing for computer operations. 

Kong Wai holds a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Telecommunications) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and is currently pursuing a management course in e-Business at Multimedia University’s (MMU) Cyberjaya campus.
